Health Monitoring and Evaluation Plan 2019-2023 for the department of Health Services developed under the support from USAID through CMLAP-Tupime county program. The aim of this M&E Plan is to monitor the progress for the recently developed Health sector strategic plan. It means various indicators have been highlighted that will help the sector track progress. If no progress is realized, it will prompt consideration for changing the strategies or interventions.
