In line with our rallying call to DELIVER AS ONE we have gone out of our way to forge partnerships with various agencies including World Best Friendand Gyeonggi-do, Provincial Government of Korea, GersthofenCity of Germany, the World Vision Kenya, Hope Water Africa and the Kerio Valley Development Authority, to augment our service delivery and bridge the resource gaps that we may have.

As we forge ahead, I continue calling upon all state officers, government officials, residents and indeed all stakeholders, to work towards exercising prudence, guaranteeing transparency, accountability and sealing all possible loopholes for corruption and wastage of resources.
