The County Government of Baringo, in partnership with Teach For Kenya, invites applications for the Lead for Baringo Fellowship Program.

Lead for Baringo is a paid 2-year leadership opportunity designed to develop the next generation of leaders while strengthening learning outcomes in public ECDE schools across the county.
Fellows will serve in underserved public ECDE schools, work alongside learners, educators, and communities, and receive leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and access to a network of leaders across Kenya and the global Teach For All network.

Who Can Apply?

• Applicants must:
• Be a Kenyan citizen
• Be below 35 years of age
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or be graduating by the end of this year
• Trace their roots to Baringo County
• Be passionate about leadership, community impact, and creating opportunities for children
• All degree disciplines and educational backgrounds are welcome.
