Pursuant to Article 10(1)(c), 2(a) and (d) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010; Sections 107(1)(a), 108, 113, and 115 of the County Governments Act, 2012; and Sections 125(1)(e), 125(2), 132, and 133 of the Public Finance Management Act, the County Treasury is mandated to prepare and submit the Annual Development Plan (ADP) to the County Executive Committee for approval, and thereaft er submit the approved plan to the County Assembly.
In line with this requirement, the County Government of Baringo invites members of the public, stakeholders, civil society organizations, faith-based groups, the public and private sectors, and other special interest groups to participate in the preparation of the Annual Development Plan for the Financial Year 2026/2027. You are encouraged to submit your views, including project proposals, for consideration.
Written submissions can be sent via email to cectreasurybaringo@gmail.com, or delivered by post to Baringo County Treasury, P.O. Box 53, Kabarnet. Alternatively, hand-delivered submissions may be submitted to any Sub-County Administration O ce or to the County Treasury O ce at AFC Building, Kabarnet. Deadline for submissions is 25th August 2025
